As ever, the first rose to flowers is my friends π Itβs now due to be reunited with her at its new home. But I have two successful cuttings doing very well πΏππππΏ #RoseWednesday #friendship #yellowrose

Does anyone know what this little fella is? #wildlifewednesday

Someone spotted what this funny looking insect was. Itβs a Narcissus bulb fly. As soon as I read that, I knew it wasnβt going to be good news. Its larvae eat your narcissus and snowdrop bulbs, before changing into the fly, which then burrows out of the soil.
Hopefully something else in the garden thinks theyβre a tasty snack!

Iβve finally got 3 clematis planted in the new border, after sitting in their pots for the last few years. I think they are going to be happier πΈπ€πΈπ€πΈ #clematisthursday

I remember commenting this time last year that my garden has gone a bit pink! π©·πΈπ Maybe a little trip to the garden centre is in order to tide me over until my geums open.
