As ever, the first rose to flowers is my friends πŸ’› It’s now due to be reunited with her at its new home. But I have two successful cuttings doing very well πŸŒΏπŸ’›πŸ˜ŠπŸ’›πŸŒΏ #RoseWednesday #friendship #yellowrose

Does anyone know what this little fella is? #wildlifewednesday

Someone spotted what this funny looking insect was. It’s a Narcissus bulb fly. As soon as I read that, I knew it wasn’t going to be good news. Its larvae eat your narcissus and snowdrop bulbs, before changing into the fly, which then burrows out of the soil.

Hopefully something else in the garden thinks they’re a tasty snack!

I’ve finally got 3 clematis planted in the new border, after sitting in their pots for the last few years. I think they are going to be happier 🌸🀍🌸🀍🌸 #clematisthursday
